A 360-degree Leadership Feedback Survey with up to 20 feedback givers and a debrief with one of our Leadership Coaches to interpret the results and guide goal setting.

Leadership Warrant of Fitness

A 360-degree Leadership Feedback Survey with up to 20 feedback givers and a MyTeamPulse Survey for your team measuring team engagement, mojo, culture, clarity of purpose, productivity and net promoter score.

A 2-hour debrief with one of our Leadership Coaches to interpret the results and guide goal setting.

$1 500 + GST

This can be a great way to ‘check-in’ on your leadership 12 months after completing an ISL Programme or Next Steps Coaching to measure the impact of your leadership development.

Next Steps Coaching

Following an ISL Programme or 360-degree feedback goal setting, follow up with a package of 6 one-hour leadership coaching sessions over a 6-9 month period.
