Leeanne is an Executive Leadership Coach for the Institute for Strategic Leadership and works on both the Strategic Leadership and Leadership Programmes and facilitates team performance workshops.

Leeanne is a highly experienced Executive having held a number of senior roles in New Zealand companies leading People, safety, technology and sustainability teams. She has coached Executives and middle managers and their teams and is well known for her skills in leading and designing large scale change, developing strategy and staff engagement initiatives.
